This is my second review of the property. I was totally impressed how clean and well Maintained the property is. It is sparkling clean as a pharmacy! The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend the property to any one looking for a great value, convenience and access to public transportation and trains. Thank you!

Very modern and clean place within walking distance to central bus and train station. There is a tram stop very close to the front door. Trams and metro are extremely cheap in Sofia, and easy to navigate. They even helped me print my bus tickets to Serbia at the front desk. Would stay again.

One of the main advantages is the 24/7 reception, providing flexibility and peace of mind at any hour. The possibility of early check-in is also a big plus and very helpful, especially after a long journey. The location is very convenient, being close to both the train station and the bus station, which makes it easy to travel and move around the city. The room was adequately heated using air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the stay. Everything was clean and functional, contributing to a smooth and pleasant experience. Taking everything into account, it is a reliable and convenient choice

Clean, nice and modern room. Small but well-organized. I had everything needed. Even with the train tracks behind, it was quiet. However, there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the toilet so I had to keep the door closed at all times. No problem with the hot water for the shower like other reviews say and I took long ones !

Prima hotel tegen redelijke prijs

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Nabij Sifa centraal trein station (trein rijdt achterlangs hotel), maar geen geluidsoverlast. Verder standaard stationsbuurt. Dichtbij centrum van de stad. Parkeren op straat (paar parkeerplaatsen tegen kleine parkeervergoeding. Parkeren in Sofia in het algemeen is een uitdaging (op straat). Wel aantal parkeergarages en betaalde parkeerplaatsen op veldjes.

Absolutely sparkling clean building, lovely rooms and lovely staff. Everything you need. Will visit again. Recommendations: - the bathroom drains sometimes smell, especially the one by the toilet - these need to be treated with unblocking liquids regularly, even though the bathroom itself is sparkling clean. Shower drains and sink drains need to be treated with drain liquids regularly. All corners and the floor by the walls need to be sprayed with anti-mould regularly. There is a ventilator, but the treatment with liquids is also essential in bathrooms without windows. - don’t be tight with the coffee powder; a double room should have 2 sachets of powder coffee a day. Some days I had none, as used ones were not replaced. - don’t be tight with the soap - 1-2 small bars of soap a day need to be placed in the room, as it runs out very quickly. - the wi-fi was quite weak and kept interrupting, which caused annoyance; perhaps, stronger routers need to be installed. - the TV had no signal in some rooms and could not be used. These need to be checked regularly. Perhaps a laminated manual of how to operate the TV needs to be put in each room. It took me ages to work it out. But these are minor inconveniences. The building and rooms are only 2 years old and are in perfect condition and kept really well - thank you. The staff is lovely, very polite and responsive. I left a book behind in my room and they emailed me asking for details where to send it. I was impressed!

Personalet var positive og hjelpsomme, og hotellet var rent. Rommet var svært enkelt innredet, med kjøkkenbenk og kjøkkenskap, helt tomt bortsett to glass og en vannkoker. Iflg beskrivelsen skulle det være en kafé der, men det var bare en automat. Liten butikk like ved.
