El apartamento es moderno y cómodo. Esta un poco lejos de la zona turística, no hay ni negocios ni restaurants en el barrio. Lo único que critico es que no hayan dejado un set de cafetería, que usualmente encuentras en apartamentos como este. Por lo demás, muy bien.

It is a bit overpriced given its location and amenities. Location: The location is in a residential area and upper hill from the city center. The parking in the property is very convenient. Amenities: There were no amenities besides the room itself, and not enough soap or toiletries, so better to bring your own. Noise: There is a bar below the apartments which is quite noisy, specially over the weekend. Room: Spacious, and has a balcony. The bed is of very low quality, and it sinks when you stay on it for a while. I would bring my own pillow as well next time.

We loved this place. Highly recommend it. If you don't like the hussle and bustle of city life, this place is so quiet and relaxing. I would come back here again.

Room was clean and very spacious, however there was no noise insulation in the apartments so got woken up multiple nights during our stay due to noisy neighbours and kitchen/restaurant staff after and before the restaurant opened and closed. Complained to host via Whatsapp with no response.

Just perfect - fully equipped spacious apartment in a peaceful leafy suburb. 5min walk to the supermarket and bus stop (15min ride to the old town). Secure parking provided under the units, though there was plenty of parking space on the access road in front too.

Muy bueno el apartamento y la zona donde está. Quizás le faltan algunos detalles, más ganchos para ropa, algún banco en el baño. Pero en general muy bien equipado, de buen tamaño muy cómodo.

This stay was terrible, avoid at all costs. We almost got locked out at night, a danger hazard because no one ever sent us the check in instructions. There was grafiti on the property, the sheets were dirty, the soap was diluted and poor quality. There was a false fire alarm that kicked us all out at 9 am. There was no communication with anyone because there is no front desk. They are unserponsive and never get back to you even when we requested a partial refund. We left this property early. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. Honestly it’s not worth the price you pay.

The place was impossible to find. It’s very hidden. I never got the check in email. The parking and gate were a bit to navigate as well. The host vaguely answered questions about problems including the AC not working, no conditioner. No garbage can. Everything was vague.

Fint boende i utkanten av centrum.

Strulig incheckning då vi inte hade fått länk för incheckning trots påminnelse. Väl där så till slut kom vi in i parkering och fick rumsnyckel efter ca 25 min i telefon med ansvariga. Rummet var superfint, hade allt vi behövde. Busshållsplats nära, likaså en supermarket. Allt som allt väldigt nöjda.

Hieno huoneisto kaupungin reunalla. Alue rauhallinen. Huoneisto erittäin puhdas lattiaa lukuunottamatta, joka oli roskainen. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Tuoksuttomalla pesuaineella pestyt vuodevaatteet, joka iso plussa. Mutta huoneiston pesukone tuoksui voimakkaasti pesuaineelle ja tarjolla oleva pesuaine voimakkaasti tuoksuvaa. Joten emme voineet sitä käyttää. Siivousvarusteet oli valmiina. Astioita oli vähänlaisesti, mutta hyvin pärjäsi näillä. Sängyt vähän narisivat, mutta olivat mukava joten saimme nukuttua. Piha alue on vähän karu. Bussipysäkiltä pääsee usealla bussilla eripuolille kylää. Voit maksaa matkan käteisellä tai pankkikortilla. Lähellä ruokakauppa josta saat kaiken tarvitsemasi. Yhteydenottoihin ei vastattu, mutta saimme hyvät ohjeet miten löytää perille ja sisäänkirjautua kontaktittomasti. Voisimme valita tämän majoituspaikan uudestaan.

All good but lots of error prone contact from host (3 requests to pay them when we pre paid already!) which they finally said to just ignore and then I missed a need to check in which almost cost us being able to get in that first night as we hadn’t checked in! The stress was intense and unnecessary.

The room was very clean. We were only given very large towels, no hand towels, bath mat or wash cloths, but we made due. The owner was very responsive when I had a question about the air conditioning. There were no extras like coffee, tea, or sugar. Also, not much given for soaps and shampoos. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, we were given one load worth of detergent for each. This is a residential vacation property so there are no services at this property like restaurants or luggage storage. But, there are some markets and restaurants nearby walking distance, just check their hours of operation. And there are buses that can get you to the downtown area very easily. There is a taverna that is part of the property that opens on Saturdays and Sundays only. The staff were very friendly and we had a nice coffee and breakfast with them one day.

Mantulene departments, ni los taxistas sabìan donde estaba. No me mandaron información, ni siquiera una foto para poder ubicarme donde estaba el departamento. Eramos 5 amigas y caminamos casi una hora para poder encontrar el lugar, el lugar es una montaña donde subimos y bajamos a pie y no lo encontrabamos. La gente que habita en esos complejos tampoco sabía donde era. Finalmente encontramos un edificio blanco que no estaba señalizado, inclusive estaba todo grafiteado por fuera. Al entrar el departamento si estaba en buenas condiciones y la vista a la montaña era tambien buena. Esta cerca de rutas de autobus que nos permitieron conocer San Sebastian. Mi sugerencia es que manden fotos del lugar, que se pongan en contacto con el cliente desde antes para darle la informacion exacta.

The apartment matched the pictures and was clean , I appreciated the indoor parking. Unfortunately we had an issue with ants from the moment we arrived, we ended up killing about 10 of them right away. I took photos and a video and emailed the host the next morning, but unfortunately, we never received a response during the 6 days stay. We managed the situation ourselves. We attempted to reach the host via hotel.com messaging service and no replies to two messages. For future stays I would prefer a host who is responsive and reachable, rather than relying solely on email or whats App communication.

It was out of the downtown area so it was quiet. There’s a couple of bus lines so it was easy to get were we wanted to go. It’s close enough so we walked to town on day and found a lovely park with a pond and couple of beautiful white swans. Wouldn’t want to walk back up the hill but the bus stop is very close. There’s no uber but there are taxis which we didn’t use.
