It was awful the front desk was rude and charged me an additional $17 for applicaton activation I had to go to the front office for WiFi password they wouldn’t give it over the phone they put me in the back in a not so well lit area and another resident told me to b careful cause people were staying in an alley in the back . Insects in the ac and blood on the shower curtain.

I chose not to stay at this location because the staff (Alex), wanted charge me extra and refused to honor the online price quoted. He said because the room I booked was no longer available due to early morning check ins.

I felt really safe and comfortable, the room was clean, the security for the door is good, and the people are nice and respectful.

2/5 – Convenient location, but needs attention Pros: Convenient location Check-in was relatively painless Cons: No refrigerator in room No light in the shower Bathroom was stained and missing hand soap Stain on the pillow Noise from promiscuous activity late into the morning Incorrect check-in time listed as 2pm — actual time is 3pm Overall: Good spot if you just need a place to crash, but cleanliness and maintenance issues made for an uncomfortable stay.

The staff was nice. The property could use some love. In my room the TV, microwave, and fridge did not work and there was no light in the bathroom. There was also cigarette burns on the bedding - funny since I was in a non smoking room. I only need the room for a night because I was in town for a concert. Checked out and left after my show after having someone knock on my door looking for his tattoo artist and dealer.

The door did not lock, we had to put the dresser in front of the door. Had to get new sheets because the sheets had multiple hairs in them. Hairs on the bathroom sink and toilet. Small pieces of trash on the floor. The remote does not change the volume . Electrical outlet by the bed did not work. Toilet not flushing properly. And I had reserved a king side bed but got a double bed !
