The facilities are well maintained and when problems arise, they are addressed quickly. The apartment was very comfortable with strong WiFi, comfortable bed, and good water pressure. Amenities and toiletries included with housekeeping on request. I’d like the kitchen to be better equipped but that’s because I love cooking - most people will find it more than enough. A great stay!

The staff here go above and beyond to welcome and to assist. The house keepers are excellent, especially the young boy and mother. Very respectable and always smiling. I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great! The staff at reception are very helpful, always jolly and approachable especially one particular women ( wish i remembered her name). I reported my balcony door having issues with the lock at 7am and it was fixed by 9am the same day. Wonderful staff from front desk to house keepers. By the way the young boy (housekeeper) understands English. Great Job kiddo! Thank you all for your exceptional service!

The area around the property is nice plenty of resteraunts and bars.the staff was okay but i had to keep requesting to get my room cleaned the room was nice but but the bed was terrible like sleeping on a board. There alot of little things that added up to not using this hotel in thefuture

- water drenched carpet and floor near fridge kept coming back every day - impossible to take calls or watch videos from bedroom; internet doesn't reach far enough - hallway lights turn on & off randomly all night - weird phone vibrating sounds at night - attendant at front desk didn't say a single word or smile of welcome during check-in

For travelers who are looking for a suite-style room with many amenities and a convenient this hotel is a great choice! The suite has a clean and sleek design with a good bed, adjustable air condition unit, and plenty of storage and drawer space. It includes a microwave, an induction stovetop, and a compact fridge with a separate freezer. The bathroom has all of the essential amenities with a spacious shower ~ and the added bonus of a washing machine. That was a pleasant surprise and I made sure to use it! There are plenty of tasty restaurants, food kiosks, and cafes around this hotel, and the beach is less than 15 minutes away by foot. Other than the occasional slamming of the doors, the neighbors were quiet and I was able to sleep comfortably during my whole stay. The staff were friendly and wonderfully helpful when I needed information and recommendations about the city. Chuyến du lịch đầu tiên của tôi ở Đà Nẵng xuất sắc và hạnh phúc. I was very pleased to find that this hotel was exactly as it was listed, minus the floating breakfast. The pool was clean and always available. The washing machine on my patio was perfect for me to wash my clothes every couple days. The kitchen was fully stocked and nice and clean, but I didn’t cook. The hotel was kind enough to store my suitcase for one week while I visited Ho Chi Minh City. Also, the staff was very kind at the front desk and check-in was easy. Checkout was a bit shaky as the front desk operator checked my room and came back with a picture of dirt on a towel from the bathroom floor. He tried to charge me $100,000 for the stain, but it wasn’t a stain. It was just dirt if they washed the towel it will come off that’s what towels afford to clean you right? So I was offended about that at the last second.- it seemed super petty and definitely unacceptable! The location was good and the bed was comfortable. The cable was nice on the TV and I was able to connect my YouTube from America. I felt safe.
