Good hotel in a great location

The hotel is really good with an amazing location. The rooms were nice but no amenities (like no water, or water boiler, glass, etc). I would atleast expect a small bottle of water with a glass. But the room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also nice with a very good shower. I loved the room and. I will definitely recommend it to business or leisure travel.

Address to navigate to the parking location is different from the hotel’s address, how to find their parking was not mentioned anywhere and remained a mystery until we called their front desk.

Air con didn’t work I complained twice during stay and after stay too. The room was so hot I had to open window and the road outside was so noisy sirens etc I had little sleep. Customer service non existent
