Is a very clean and tidy hotel, staff are extremely friendly and helpfull . Shops are within small walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to a friend..

10-15 min walk into scunthorpe. Very close to shops down the road and cheap petrol station. Only downside was the heating ni instructions on how to set the radiater so first night was quite cold. Needs to be more instructions about how to obtain hot water.

Unfortunately only 2 small towels for 2 people and only 3 pillows no mirror in the bedroom so was unable to straighten my hair as didnt want to risk it and no side table etc

We booked this hotel to be closer to were my partners dads funeral was and it was terrible the room was so untidy there was old food all on the floors witch I took pictures of all night there was fully grown men screaming and shouting slamming doors till gone 5 in the morning the bed was so uncomfortable I came away with back ache and headache from the pillows witch was balls of nothing I ended up using quilts as pillows once all the lights were turned of there was a huge bright green light witch lit the hole room up had to use clothes as eye masks for a little bit of darkness we bearly had any sleep a hour if that id never come back even if it was free and would definitely not recommend to anyone absolutely appalling

Clean room. The entrance door needs oil. My room was close, and it was a bit of a nuisance squeaking until everyone went to sleep.

Never again , hair left on pillows and sheets , toilet stank like someone just used it , kettle didn’t work it was just totally disappointing
