The room was okay for a budget stay in a central location. The bathroom was a little run down and could do with some updating. My main concern was that the window in the room didn’t close properly, which meant it got very cold at night. Overall, it was reasonable for a cheap place to stay, but the window definitely needs attention.

No warm ,water no heating The room i stayed in stank of cigarette's Wasn't provided with a bathroom towels Had to go out and buy some myself. Terrible place to be It was cheap but ive stayed in cheap hotels before but this was the worst experience.

Boiler not working hence no heating or hot water, could not have a shower and had to buy a bowl just to wash. Squatters sleeping on the sofas in the living room every night. Worst accomodation I have ever been in.

The bed was ok but there was no heating in the room. The shower in the shared bathroom didn't work and the sink only had cold water. I know the room was cheap but i would expect atleast the bare minimum.

The room was nothing like in the picture, the bed had no legs and looked like it had been slept in before the shower was absolutly disgusing it was black with dirt and in a shared bathroom in picture it showed an en-suite but it was not i shall not be reccomending this guest house to other people

Poor facility, dirty and stink property, mo toilet roll or neither handwash, the towels they gave me was used towel, the state of the fridge and freezer including microwave was terrible. The Entire house needs refurbishment

First of all, it is cheap!!! So you can’t complain that much when the room and toilet are clean. The whole house is in a very bad condition , kitchen fridge are terrible. Shared bathroom needs a bit of diy, the tap at sink looks awful , the shower doors could need new rubberseals the old just hanging down, we had no towels, called the contact number provided, they said someone will bring towels, never arrived! So no shower in the morning. The room , we had no.3 was spacious, the bed was worn out. All in all it was one night and okish for that money spent.

Get what you pay for...

Self check in smooth. Provided towels and bath maths, coffee, tea, etc. However, cleanliness of the entire place was quite abysmal. I've stayed in hostels and cheap stays like this all over the world and this was probably one of the worst in terms of cleanliness. There was a used tissue inside a Lou roll, hair all in the shower, and the room I stayed in was like someone had chain smoked in the room without the window open leaving me coughing all night. The kitchen smelled so bad I can't imagine what's being left in there to rot. Everything was grimey with loads of dirt built up and the toilet uncleaned for weeks. But I guess you get what you pay for...
