Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was quite large and spacious. It contained two bathrooms with two showers and toilets and sinks, a mini fridge, and is sitting area in addition to a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It was really nice to wake up and see the waves and hear them every morning, as well as listen to them as we fell asleep.

Great staff, Beth, Rejoice, Senyiram were efficient and went above and beyond to attend to client's needs. The food was good, overall wonderful experience and will go back again.

Came here for a chill weekend and this hotel was absolutely the right choice!! The staff at the reception were particularly nice and very responsive. And the dining options were superb. Would definitely recommend.

Its a very nice quiet place, and the staff is very friendly. It is right next to the water and they keep the beach clean. The pool is very nice. Food is delicious. I woikd definitely come back here to stay.

What a location..strongly recommend

I have just spent a cool weekend at this resort. The location, by the seaside is very attractive, and the noisy (in a nice way) rested my mind, refreshing me for the coming week. Very polite staff, checking if everything is fine, ready to assist in anyway. I will come back 💯

I like the accessibility to the beachfront. The staff is very accommodating. I booked the least expensive room, and the only furniture in the room was a bed. I asked for a garbage bin and chair, which I promptly received.

An apartment away from the beach, reception did not have our booking, we changed from the 1st semi finished apartment, AC's not working. The second apartment was fine and with a pool. The staff did what they could, I've no complaints about them. The resort is immature and needs a lot of polishing

We had a seaview room and the view was superb. The Aircon and fan kept it lovely and cool.Almost all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. As we were there over Easter weekend it was very lively and the music by the pool was very loud. When the guests had left on Tuesday it was really peaceful and quiet. The menu is quite varied but often items were not available so we had to change our orders. Also, food and drinks service were very slow. All in all though we loved the location of the hotel, the room and the friendliness of the staff. It is pretty isolated and, unlike most guests, we didn't have a car, but we walked into the village a few times and there are taxis available.

Staff where 💯 friendly. My var man Philip was out of expectation. He would make sure you gat everything you requested on time. On my arrival the lady at tge reception desk was kind and soft warmly welcome to us.i will not not trade other for occean beach resort

Better customer service needed; my guests were accused of being fraudulent when they showed staff their Expedia reservation and weren't provided the room that was requested for them.

The place is very nice and beautiful. The only disappointed thing was the TV channels. It was all local channels. I was told it was the settings, i should have let them know . I think everything should be reset before the guest comes in. Also couple of times that the maintenance men were trying to come in, unaware that the room was occupied. Apart from that, i love the place. It highly recommended. Don't worry about the road. When you get there, you will forget about the bad road

They wanted me to pay for the upgrade. Some rep from expedia sent me an email that the upgrade is a discount. In the end the hotel honored my upgrade without me paying extra. That experience was stressful. Iy did not set a giid tone for the start of my stay with them.
