Rimligt och ändå prisvärt hotell för övernattning inför eller efter flygning. Inget extravagant men man får vad man betalar för. Hade önskat mer information om transporter i receptionen, och lättare kontakt med receptionist. Inchekning fungerade dock helt utan problem, trots att jag anlände mitt i natten.

I think this place has potential. It did it's job for me, somewhere to stay for a night close to Stansted Airport on a bus route that runs late I to the night as I was on a late arriving flight. Price is very reasonable to alternative accommodation, the accommodation is clean, it just needs some minor cosmetic repairs doing in the room. Perhaps an automated email could be sent to people staying the night reminding them of the check in process and how to find the accommodation, as the reception desk is not staffed.

Personnel adorable et à l'écoute. Hôtel un peu loin de l'aéroport mais possibilité de commander un taxi à l'aéroport. Chambre familiale correspondant au besoin de passer la nuit précédent un départ matinal.

You had to telephone to check in, guy was not friendly. Reception, room etc all untidy and very ‘tired’ . No bathtowel in the room so had to dry with a hand towel. It was a bed which was clean, it was near the airport and cheap. Ok for solo traveller but I wouldn’t take my family.

First of all- our booking had disappeared from the system, the receptionist had to go to a customer’s room to clarify his name. My room (number 25) had multiple flaws, including a broken side table. On arrival, I placed my mobile down on said table and it immediately collapsed. The tap in the bathroom was broken in half, leaving sharp edges out, obvious cut risk. Will i recommend this place? No. However, location is convenient.

I wish I’d just paid more to go to a chain hotel. This was terrible, the shower took 10 minutes to warm up by this point the bathroom was already flooded and the water was leaking into the bedroom floor. One of the great benefits was ‘FREE PARKING’ listed on their advert but I was in fact charged for parking for the few hours I was there overnight!!! Conveniently close to the airport but that’s about all that was good about this place.

Poor, water damaged flooring and ant issue, bathroom tiles lifting due to water issue, no towels in bathroom to shower, run down not even worth the low charge, left at 2am as was bitten by something. Will never stay again, probably once a nice place but not anymore 2/10.

The staff was very accommodating and polite. However the room and safety conditions were very poor - curtains and window sill mouldy and dirty - batbroom smelt of poo and dirty flooring - main door to room didn’t lock - cushions dirty - food spillage on the walls

I stayed here one night before an early flight from stanstead. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 min drive to the airport. The chap at front desk was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both clean as was the shower. The room had tea making facilities and a hair dryer. The bed was not so good very bumpy, you could feel the springs, and parking is not free as stated I was charged £6. 50. Overall ok for a one night stay.

It literally is a lonely road as in buses pass there but finish early so if your flight is early either book a cab or walk 1hr5 like I did (would never recommend that as the environment was dark and road wasnt easy to walk on) as I arrived in had to wait for check in then got sent to the top floor with no offer of help with me suitcases (bear in mind its 3 floors no lift) not all thr staff are friendly. Put it this way...only stay there if you only need somewhere to rest your head in emergency. The room I was in was okish as in there was alot of dust next to the bed followed by terrible reception which leads to the wifi cuts out alot.

Instructions of room location and card key available at reception after hours. Room was clean but there was no towels available to use. There was coffee, tea and sugar sachets to use, however, there was no milk. Pretty disappointing with the omission of these basic items.

Was asked to pay for parking when it was listed as free. Bed mattress was old and uncomfortable Hotel was in need of refurbishment though was very clean

Absolutely disgusting. The only redeeming feature was the young man working at reception. Room was filthy and smelt terrible. Stains on walls. Toilet was badly stained. Floor rotten throughout the room and bathroom. Shower also rotten and rust stained. Filthy. Moved to a different room but only marginally better.

Great for getting to airport as so nearby. The shower was just a drip and the room was hot, so had to open window but then you heard the planes taking off and landing all night. The room was clean. Ideal for quick stayover but nothing more
