We chose the property because of its proximity to Cumberland Falls, which was only a couple miles away; however, we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of privacy, the vast amenities, and the farmhouse decor. The mattress in our suite was so comfortable that we asked the owner what type and brand it was. The entire premises was spotless, and there was even fresh coffee and creamer in our room. The made to order breakfast was phenomenal, as nearly everything served was homemade and farm fresh. Hopefully, the breads and jams offered will be available for purchase in the future. Our only regret is that we didn’t have time to try out the huge whirlpool bathtub in the corner of the room. We are glad that we didn’t stay at a traditional hotel.
