I’d stay here again. Bathroom needs updating, the tub was a bit stained, but overall it was clean and had, including full length mirrors in multiple places and a kitchenette with a full fridge and freezer! I’d recommend staying here.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Stayed 2 nights with kids. Our room was in an older building on the property, separated from main hotel so check in was a little confusing at first. Breakfast was good, a mixture of hot food and quick type of foods - located at main hotel lobby.

There appeared to be some mold on the wall and the room had a musty smell, other than that the room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good and really liked the make your own parfait.

Nice place to stay when in the Lancaster area. The SureStay Suites are separate from the main Best Western so need to walk to drive for breakfast, pool, gym, etc. The main hotel seemed like it was better maintained that the building where the efficiencies are. Rooms were renovated. Beds comfortable. Full frige, microwave and stovetop. Bathtubs/shower a bit mildewy. Was told could connect to the internet but it was not available in our building. Breakfast was nice. Hot and cold options. The gentleman stocking the breakfast area and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We got an unexpected upgrade!! BONUS!! Location was great also! Breakfast better than what others were offering and ate twice of the 4 days. Coffee maker didn’t work, waited all day for a new one and that didn’t work either. Heater/ac in master room didn’t work and neither did the fireplace😔😔😔😔

Very clean and spacious room with kitchenette ( does not include pans for the stove). Enjoyed having the choice of both in and outdoor pools. Plenty of items to choose from for breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

We love the sure stay area with outdoor pool, the full kitchen helps so much with our family. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up while we were out for the day Staff was very accommodating, also let us check out 1 hour late so my kids could swim

Sure stay is an older hotel with a few flaws that needed to be addressed with the shower facet in the room I stayed in, but it was clean and had everything we needed. I needed ground floor because of health reasons and it was close to my parking area…. That was great. The people that helped with breakfast was amazing!!! I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I were quite happy with the kitchenette suite we had. It was not in the main resort but on the grounds and you went to the main building for breakfast. The breakfast was quite a set up with hot/cold foods and drinks. Also cereal for those that wanted it.when we returned home that same day we found another event we wanted to go to in March of 2027 and immediately booked a room again at this place. I would recommend it to my friends and family visiting Lancaster area.

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel, and would definitely stay again. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool this time, it looked clean and inviting. I wish we had more time, because we would have had the pool all to ourselves! The free breakfast was a notch above what other hotels usually offer. There were plenty of hot choices offered, such as scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns! Anyway, we'd stay again!
