Lots of hidden charges and very poor security. Bathroom was absolutely filthy and the pipe is exposed where you can cut your foot. Room is not what’s advertised and no staff available for any assistance.

The place smelled, no working lighting in room. Very basic and unclean room, TV didn’t work efficiently. Uncomfortable bed. No hand soap. Room was nothing like the picture. Would not stay again and strongly suggest you don’t either, many more places to spend your money.

The beds were very good and comfortable, but the property itself was not well maintained with fraying carpets and a very dusty fan. The window didn’t open. The bathroom was dirty with sand around the drains, and there was rubbish in the communal hallway. The doors were heavy, I understand they are fire doors but it took a very hard shove to get them to close properly. Overall, if you just need somewhere to crash and sleep for a night or two and don’t expect to shower it’s fine, but the property should really at least be cleaned between guests. We also could not log into the WiFi as it was confusing. The lack of actual staff to assist was an issue as we were just directed to their AI chat bot

Serious safety issue – not suitable for families We stayed at Boho Breeze in Brighton with my young daughter. During our stay, she slipped in the shower and fell against a sharp exposedmetal edge on the shower frame. This caused a painful injury and bleeding, and we had to seek hospital treatment. This should never happen in a family hotel. The bathroom is unsafe, especially for children. I would not recommend this property to families until the shower design is changed and made safe.

The property needs improvement: Toilet seat loose ,broken ! Shower head has been mended with some plastic material to avoid leaking (did not work) TV not working ,pillows we’re disgusting very dirty ,communication not so great . We were told that check in started at 4pm but when we got there at 04:30 pm the flat was still occupied,not good enough we’ve travelled all the way from London . Floor carpets very uneven and dirty looking ! Not staying there ever again and will not recommend to anyone! Thank you

このホテルは無人ホテルです。チェックインもオンラインでするように指示されます。しかもやり取りはWhatsAppアプリでのみできます。 また宿日者全員のフォトIDを送るように求められ、オンラインで送ることに抵抗があると伝えたが、それについては触れずにとにかくWhatsAppでチェックインするよう求められます。 渋々、パスポート番号を消して画像を送信したところ、チェックインは完了し、入口の暗証番号、部屋番号、部屋の暗証番号を教えてもらえます。 その後、案内された部屋に入室したところ、部屋の清掃がされておらず、シーツやタオルは床におちたまま、前宿泊者のゴミもそのままの部屋でした。 さすがに部屋を変えてもらいたいと連絡したところ、約1時間程待たされ、ようやく別の部屋に案内された。 そちらの部屋はベットと部屋の清掃はされていたが、恐らくバスルームの清掃はされておらず、前宿泊者のゴミがゴミ箱に残っていました。 とにかく運営側の人間がサイトにいないので、トラブル対応に時間がかかる、清掃のレベルが最低なので、こちらは予約しないことをオススメします。 受けられるサービスと支払う料金の釣り合いがとれません。

DO NOT BOOK We booked this for Sunday 24th August 2025 and we were in Brighton. The check in process is ran by an AI bot and they took check in fees of £4.97 each from us telling us we would receive the codes to check in at 4pm. We never received the codes and it was a nightmare trying to contact them and difficult to find any real contact information that wasn't powered by AI. When my partner finally got a return call around an hour later (nearly 5pm) we were told that they would have to check the position with the manager. My partner then received a text confirming our booking was cancelled. We still have not received a refund of the check in fees and frankly it feels like a scam.

I had been instructed to look for the black-painted hotel, only to discover it has now been painted light blue. I made my way down to the basement where I was greeted by a dingy, unwelcoming corridor with no lighting. I had to use the torch on my phone just to find my room. When I entered the room, I was shocked. It looked nothing advertised on the website. There wasn't a single photo showing a room of this standard. Describing it as a "Deluxe Double Room" is, in my opinion, extremely misleading. The double bed was pushed up against the wall in the corner, there were bunk beds, a kitchen sink and basic kitchen units. There wasn't even a wardrobe to hang clothes or a chest of drawers, meaning I had to live out of my suitcase for my stay. The room was advertised as non-smoking, it smelt of stale cigarette smoke. However, the worst issue was the toilet. It was blocked on arrival and overflowing with toilet paper, making it unusable. I arrived on 26 April 2026 and reported the blocked toilet immediately via WhatsApp, as there is no telephone number. They responded promptly and said maintenance would attend, nobody ever came. I repeatedly sent WhatsApp messages chasing an update, but achieved nothing. eventually vacated the room on Wednesday 29 April. It wasn't until around 5pm that day that I finally received a WhatsApp message saying maintenance had attended, noticed there were no personal belongings in the room. Today 6th July I still have not had a reply. AVOID.

We had high hopes when we booked this place. However before even arriving it became clear it was not going to be pleasant. The “hotel” first contacted me via WhatsApp without my permission or notice that I would be contacted that way. They just completely unsolicited without even identifying who they were messaged me on WhatsApp asking for photos of mine and my fellow guests’ identification. They then also told me I had to pay additional fees on top of what I paid through Expedia and sent me a link to do so. When I did not immediately respond to their messages, I received a call from this same number again through WhatsApp. I answered and let them know I was in the subway and might lose service. They began talking at me telling me the same thing I had already received the messages regarding and when I didn’t respond fast enough the person on the phone said “I guess you don’t want to talk to me” and then hung up on me. I could get past all of that if when we arrived, the room was nice. First of all, it was walk up only. They listed it as accessible and it was 1000% not. We had to lug our suitcases up 5, very narrow and steep flights of stairs to get to our room on the fourth floor. The room was tiny.
