Très bon séjour et petit déjeuner très copieux. Seule petite ombre placement dans une chambre pour personne a mobilité réduite donc lavabo a hauteur des genoux, en contrepartie chambre a baignoire très spacieuse.

The room was clean and had extra amenities like extra pillows, water, coffee/tea in the room. The shower was every large, the hair dryer and mirror set up was very convenient outside of the bathroom, and there was plenty of lighting and plugs. The restaurant had an okay breakfast. I guess the only downside was the outside of the building is very worn looking and there is no landscaping around the grounds, it looks very unkept.

2 nuitées pour 1 chambre de 4, la chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée. Hôtel très cher pour ce que c'est, mieux vaut un Bed and Breakfeast, vous en aurez pour votre argent.

Room was clean upon arrival. Staff worked hard to accommodate our needs. We expected a hot breakfast each day, but the cook was ill and there was no plan for replacement.

Very spacious accessible bedroom and bathroom. Table could a accomodate 2 people. Good bathroom setup for wheelchair user. The overhead light rattled when the people above us walked, only real issue. The breakfast buffet was good. Plenty of parking, with many accessible spots.

pésimo alojamiento , lo único bueno son las camas .. servicio y atención muy malos … restaurante no atiende o no quieren atender .. éramos un grupo nos dijeron que estaba todo lleno los 2 días de estancia y ambos días no había nadie en el restaurant pedí que me pasen un espacio para comer entonces y no accedieron vi que había un salón que podrían habernos pasado pésima atención de recepción

Nice clean room perfect for a family of 4. We stayed in 3 premier inns during this current vacation. West Inverness was the only one to leave a note welcoming us and leaving a toy/coloring books for the kids. A nice welcome, close to city Centre (1 mile). The restaurant unfortunately was short staffed and not taking in diners even though the restaurant was empty. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Perfect!

El desayuno estaba bastante bien, era completo. Lo que más nos gustó era el tamaño de la habitación y el personal del hotel. Lo que no nos gustó fueron dos cosas. La primera era un fuerte olor a humedad en una de las habitaciones, en la otra todo perfecto. También el párquing era pequeño y cuando llegamos estaba completo, creo que estaban de obras y por ese motivo habían menos plazas.

Staff are polite and helpfull however hotel is in dire need of a renovation, its tired and worn, my rooms furniture had badly stained upholstery to the point I did not want to sit down, linens and towels were clean as was the bathroom, adequate for a one night stopover.

The room was spacious and very nice, the bed was comfortable and we loved the coffee and tea station. We ate at the restaurant several times and they were always understaffed. The staff that were there were working very hard, but there were just too few. We waited at the hostess station for over 10 minutes before someone was able to seat us, then it took forever to order and get our food. The quality of the food was very average. But the location of the hotel was perfect for our activities.
