No service after múltiple requests to unclog the shower, and then to unclog the toilet. We had one roll of toilet papers for 2 people for 6 nights, 2 shower towels only, and no paper towels. We were told twice that someone is coming to give us toilet paper and towels. Both times no one showed up. We ended up buying our own. The apartment smelled like sewers from the second day we got there. The shower would not drain properly, and that caused a heavy smell in the room. No one came to fix it. When we got there, we realized the inside handle of the door was completely broken. Again, no one came to fix it. Apart from the location of the apartment which is accross from the beach, our experience was terrible.
