Truly a masterpiece, and so comfy! I just hiked Mount Marcy, and this location was the best I could ask for! The staff were most helpful, and the restaurant was delicious! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the Cascade was in a perfect location at an unbelievable price! Exceptionally clean and modern rooms!

Clean room, comfortable bed, and easy parking. The only issue was that there was no hair dryer in the room. I guess I'm so used to that being an automatic amenity that I didn't take notice it wasn't on the list when booking. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it. We also ate at the restaurant, and the food was very good, and the staff was super nice.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Cascade. Room was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The food at the restaurant was also great! Can't wait to come back and spend more time there.

It was self check in, which was very convenient. Room has been updated and in very nice condition. Price was good and location was just outside of town of Lake Placid. Overall, a great place!

Newly renovated and very clean. They added mini fridge and desk in rooms. Great location near lax fields for tournament and across street from Craig Wood Golf Couse. I did not try the restaurant but it looked busy while open over the weekend. I will definitely return.

Came up to winter hike some of the high peaks and this was a perfect spot. Very clean, seamless check-in/out, straight to the point motel. One of the better options out of the lot to choose from in Lake Placid. Will be staying here again.

A very nice remodel of a motor court motel with all new interior, heating, and plumbing. Comfortable with large TV and nice beds. Very clean. Future additions might include a microwave oven, coffee cups for the coffee maker, and some wall decor. Overall, a very nice room for basecamp to local adventures..
