After an initial mishap with not being able to locate our reservation and then giving us the incorrect room and stained bedding, the team were promptly able to address the issues. Although some improvement in cleanliness could be made the location to the Pyramids (Sphinx) entrance and view of the pyramids is fantastic! Literally a stones throw away!

The hotel looks exactly like the photos! The staff are wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. They helped us arrange the ATV experience with the pyramids view the same morning and it was very convenient.
The restaurant food was really good, especially the half chicken well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. Breakfast was great as well.
The room was nice, clean, and a good size. I really love the hotel, definitely recommend:-)
Just be careful when calling an Uber or taxi, as there’s another hotel with a similar name nearby so make sure you double-check the location.
It’s located on a smaller side street, but it feels completely safe and not sketchy at all. Theres also other restaurants and cafes near by walking distance.
