The pool was closed at this property, wish we would have known via the website. We did not end up staying there. Manager was very nice and recommended another hotel and also requested a refund for me

The hotel is new, easy to access, has great parking, and is in a fantastic location with plenty of dining options nearby. The room itself was nice, but unfortunately, the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly. There was hair throughout the bathroom that clearly wasn't ours. We were also under the impression that the room had a sleeper sofa, but apparently, the double queen rooms do not have them. That was my misunderstanding, but we were surprised to learn that the hotel doesn't offer rollaway cots either. When we asked for extra blankets and pillows, the response was, "We'll see what we have." Ultimately, they gave us one blanket and told us it was the last one they had available. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it. Had the bathroom been properly cleaned and we not needed any additional bedding, I would have easily given it five stars. Unfortunately, we ran into a few issues that took away from an otherwise nice stay.

Great stay!! Customer service was top notch. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was typical hotel Breakfas, eggs, sausage cereal, waffle maker. Location was great. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I was told that I had to make and pay for a room before the lady could let me in. Being a trucker i don’t have the time of energy to go back and forth. I booked through Expedia and she said she saw my reservation. She then opened the door and i giver her my identification. She then proceeded to charge my card again for more than I paid through Expedia along with a incidental hold. I would not have known she did that if my bank didn’t send the notification. I then questioned her about it and she said it happened to another guest. I told her if that was the case why would you tell me to reserve and pay instead of just reserving the room and pay you? She didn’t have an answer and told me a manager would deal with it tomorrow. I checkout at 7am and I ask her about it. She tells me again she told the manager and it’s nothing she can do. I waited for the manager to call and she didn’t so I called the property back. The manager told me she had taken care of it and in 24 hrs it would be resolved. This happened on Monday and I still have three charges on my account from this property. I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone nor do I feel it should remain a MARRIOTT.
