Very new hotel just behind a good Chinese massage center with food choices downstairs. KSL is just a short walk away too. The pool is more for wading and since it is next to the conference rooms there is not much privacy

If drive to this hotel better ask the security where is the hotel parking. To me their sign board a bit confusing never found a signboard show hotel parking.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel has beautiful modern decor and a great location - right across KSL Mall with plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are new, spotless and very comfortable. As it’s still in a soft launch phase, the hotel wasn’t crowded at all, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything felt fresh and well thought out. We’ll definitely be back!

I was bitten by Inserts on my hands and neck and we found inserts on the bed. Also, we were assigned on level 27 and every morning when the sun shine on the windows, it has the air pressure loud bangs sound which didnt allow me to sleep well. The locations is very near to KSL and may eateries.

Hotel is clean, staffs are polite and alway smiling. Hotel room is clean but the only downside is toilet flush is faulty, after flushing, the water will flow for 2 minutes that very noisy during night time. Tv remote volume button is not working. Hotel buffet breakfast is nomral but staffs are nice. Overall, the expernice is good and i will come back again.

The room is clean and amenities is good. Location is right next to KSL and lots of food options. There’s still teething issues which would need to be resolved. Examples like checking in without giving me the card for power in the room. Trying to figure out what was wrong in a stuffy room and service took 30mins to come. There’s also power outage in the lobby which rendered the lift inoperative. Generally it’s what you’d expect from Novotel except for the issues for a new hotel.

Only 2 weeks old… Everything even the air smells new… However, still able to spot flaws and fall short in maintenance, very common it’s JB…

Room is not properly cleaned. We found rubbish behind cabinet and used diaper below basin. They charged considerably high rate (compared to nearby hotel) and such service is not acceptable.

The first room we got had stains on the sheets. Sewage water also started leaking from the toilet and started to smell. Tried to call housekeeping and the concierge but the room telephone wasn’t working; I had to go down to the front counter to request for a room change. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the request. The second room still had flaws, but much better. As the hotel is new and still in the “soft launch” phase, benefit of doubt is given and hope they will improve when they officially launch!

A hotel's most basic function is to provide a good night's sleep, and this brand new property failed. Our first corner room had an aircon that produced loud knocking and vibration noises from the moment we entered. We were moved to another corner room on a different floor, but the replacement room was even worse. The aircon remained noisy and, even after turning it off, loud compressor noise from above could still be heard. Conversations from the next room were also clearly audible. The toiletries had an overly strong fragrance that was unpleasant. Guest services was difficult to reach, there was no follow-up after the supposed checks, and the lifts were painfully slow. I managed only 5 hours of sleep. Upon leaving the room the opposite room was being cleaned and i stepped in. The aircon had no noise issues at all! So they gave us lousy rooms and expected us to put up with it We were being gaslighted at check-out that they had never received such complaints before, despite us experiencing these issues in two different rooms. This was my first Accor stay and will be my last. No branded hotel in Johor has given me sucj a horrific experience. Hotels.com also did not help to pursue the matter to help us.
