The hotel has only been open 4 months ago, it’s a great location, we had a lovely suite, breakfast was very tasty and staff were attentive. Would definitely return if we visit Hue again

Love the decor and details of the hotel. Has a boutique feel yet very grand elegant ambience. Nice design and layout of the rooms. Quality furniture and tasteful designs. Great convenient location to city center and historical sites. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those looking for boutique elegance.

One of the most gorgeous hotels I’ve ever stayed at! So much thought and attention to detail, the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The spa was also lovely, the staff were so friendly and provided us lovely service and we especially enjoyed the desserts we ordered!

New hotel. Excellent location! Corner room was beautiful with three balconies, quite large, had a great view of the famous bridge and the river. Staffs were very kind, accommodating and helpful with tours information. Pool was clean and warm. Breakfast buffet has decent food selections and good Vietnamese coffee. Lobby bar was very roomy and comfortable.

Magnifique hôtel neuf ! Pour les familles, il y a de grandes chambres communicantes. La piscine est top et le buffet du petit-déjeuner incroyable ! Tout le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. Nous serions très heureux de pouvoir à nouveau séjourner dans ce très bel hôtel !

Brand new hotel! We were one of the first guests. Front desk, Tam and Quan, took care of all our needs. Their Restaurant presented delicious food served by Dylan and Rick. And Bao greeting us at the front door. The Gym is fully equipped and new. Also, liked drinking wine is the Lounge Bar. We already have reservations for next year. Aloha

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at while visiting Hue. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The hotel had just had its grand opening 15 days prior to us checking in. The amenities were great, we really enjoyed the pool, sauna, and gym, all well maintained and high quality. The room was clean and comfortable, with some nice extras like a good hair dryer, clothes steamer, and even a scale, which was a nice touch. The location is also a big plus, just a short walk to the main night area and markets. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Hue 👍

We loved the hotel but we could tell it’s only recently opened. Front of house staff are super friendly and eager to please. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and breakfast on our first morning was exemplary, with very attentive staff. However the cracks appeared when we tried to order drinks and food to the pool, with drinks coming after the food, which took a long time to arrive. Then there were complications with the bill. Breakfast on the second morning fell short too when compared to the first day. It was perfectly fine, but because we’d had such a great experience the day before, the lack of attentiveness made us question how consistent the service really was. We also found the whole pool area to be poorly designed, a huge pool that’s hard to get into, and only has around 8 loungers and half a dozen chairs just doesn’t seem enough for a hotel of this size. Overall we loved our stay at the Grand Royal Riverside and would stay again. With some small tweaks and more experience, I think this great hotel will become truly fabulous

Wonderful, newly built hotel. Sparkly clean with the best staff: helpful and never without a smile; went out of their way to accommodate guests. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna there as well. Would be nice to have a better pillow selection though, I have neck pain and cần only sleep on very thin pillows while their pillow were way too thick for me. They did manage to bring me more suitable ones but they seemed to be spa pillows with leatherette covers, not proper to sleep on. Despite that little hiccup, everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The property is new, modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and willingness to help. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a fantastic bed, quality linen, plush towels, and premium amenities. The shower pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning provided strong, consistent airflow - something we greatly appreciated in Vietnam’s climate. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and, without question, the best we have had in Vietnam. The selection was plentiful, fresh, and varied. A special mention must go to Ha from the breakfast team. His hospitality and customer service were truly exceptional. He has a natural ability to make guests feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. He consistently went above and beyond, and his warmth and professionalism enhanced every morning of our stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The pool and outdoor seating area are a real oasis and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. Their genuine care and attention to detail created an exceptional guest experience. Highly recommend!
