My friend and I loved staying here and would love to again, if visiting. The location was great, in a lovely neighborhood with wonderful cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores carrying organic foods. It was a little bit off the path (but not too far) of the touristy area, which I loved! The space was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

This was a very cool property in the lovely Mile-End neighborhood in Montreal! Lots of cafes and dining options nearby, and the amazing Joie de Livre bookstore is only a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was so cool- two bedrooms separated by stairs, and a full kitchen included. We loved staying here! Our host, Melissa, was very helpful and available to help with everything we needed. Merci for a wonderful stay and experience!!

The room was very warm - too warm, in fact. And the air conditionning unit required that a window be opened, which I realized a bit too late. The fridge made an unbearable noise, the compressor never quiting. It made sleeping uneasy.

Nicely decorated, clean one bedroom unit in the trendy Mile End neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen, cable TV. Lots of shopping nearby and a short 15 min walk to the subway. Gaspe Parking garage is nearby with cheap weekend rates.

The room looked nice and was clean and well-furnished. There were some technical difficulties with check in and with locking the door to my room. This is not a traditional hotel but rather a one-night apartment, but it was clearly advertised as such if one took the time to read the description.

The location is great. The apartment was relatively clean. However there were some issues. The bathroom was missing the mirror and a rusted piece of metal was sticking out of the wall, the bathroom sink is absurdly small. The dishwasher didn’t turn on. The patio furniture was all broken. Unfortunately this is just one of those places where you can tell that they cheaped out on the build out and furniture.

Dude, you sent me exactly 14 e-mails during the booking process. This is bordeline harrasment, and reading all this in only 10 hours kind of ruined the experience. This is terrible and I won't book again with you for that reason.

The room was rented with a broken TV and the hotel management didn’t bother fixing it or disclosing ahead of time. After making a complaint all the said was sorry for the inconvenience! The place is so small and run down with the rooms facing a shady alley. Pleas stay away from this place to avoid ruining your stay!

Our family was going through a difficult time, and a relative stayed at Le Mile End - M11 while visiting a loved one. Since I was helping coordinate everything from a distance, I communicated frequently with the hotel team, and I cannot say enough good things about their hospitality. The reception staff were exceptionally responsive, replying promptly to every email and always doing so with kindness and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, which meant a great deal to us during a stressful period. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with the necessities that made the stay even easier. The check-in and check-out procedures were clear, organized, and straightforward, making the entire experience hassle-free. What stood out most was the genuine care and consideration shown by the staff. Their kindness and willingness to help made a difficult situation much more manageable for our family. We are truly grateful for the support they provided and would not hesitate to recommend Le Mile End - M11 to anyone visiting Montreal. Thank you for helping make a challenging time a little easier.

Nice loft, very clean and generally well equipped. However, the check in process is not great, with several links and forms being delivered through messages, eventually making building access instructions hard to find. We're fairly tech savvy and spent at least 15 minutes at the door fumbling with phones until discovering we had to go back in our browser history to retrieve the check in screen with door code. Furthermore, the host is completely unresponsive. We tried calling and messaging while struggling with the door, as well as emailing and messaging to report a faulty electrical outlet - never heard back. I even tried to request amenities but got no response. All in all, I'd consider other properties if available.
