The staff and location were excellent!! Free breakfast and hot showers. Beds were super comfy and rooms were clean. Close to lots of restaurants and mall and the grocery store. They are doing renovations here so the guys are working hard. But the staff were great and super helpful, so I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget-friendly hotel. Good for families, plus they have a pool. 😉💖

Great stay for the price. Everything was perfect. The staff were very accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast too. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in a very convenient location in Saskatoon. 5 star service ⭐

Found a cockroach in one bed then another in the tub I took it to desk clerk he apologized and then said he would pay for our breakfast and then went to restaurant to order the lady told me I can only get basically was the chrapest type of breakfast. I know ill never stay there again

We had a very nice stay with the exception of all the basketball players staying on our floor by our room. They were extremely noisy and bouncing the ball constantly I believe someone must have complained as the noise stopped completely at 9.felt very relaxed with all the amazing security everyone was so friendly especially the fellow at the front desk when we arrived Yasin we have never been greated as well at any hotel we have stayed in. He was so very very nice and very informative about the whole place. He also offered and helped us carry all our luggage to the room and said if there Wes ANYTHING we required to call him. Wow he was so very special and we so need this in the world as it stands. We would truly stay there or refer it again

This is my favourite kind of hotel. Run by a hard-working family, who have obviously upgraded and brightened every aspect of this older hotel. The decor is so unique and cheery in the lobby and restaurant. My room had all new furniture and beds, was freshly painted and extremely clean. The restaurant serves the usual Canadian fare but I selected the other option and enjoyed delicious a curry supper. This is not a high end hotel, but it doesn’t cost $150 a night plus parking either. Keep that in mind 😉 The staff are the best I’ve encountered in some time. I’ll stay here again!

The tv, internet and little plug in heater for the room didn’t work. It took about 15 minutes to get some warm water for a shower and the breakfast was not fit. I stayed here because I was In a pinch but I’ll sleep in my vehicle next time.

Room was clean although very dated. Mactac on the bathroom vanity rippled and bubbled. Beds were rather comfy. Lobby and stairs to second floor were absolutely filthy. Parking lot was full of what can only be described as abandoned vehicles and snow was piled around the like they hadn’t moved all winter. Lots of riff raff gagingaroundby the doors - wrapped in sleeping bags etc.

Pool was closed. Staff didn't even know where plugins were so we could plug in our vehicle as it went down to -20. They charged a normal $100 damage deposit that usually is just a hold. It went through. Not impressed

It felt like a dangerous neighborhood the moment you park. Vagrants and meth heads stumbling around in front/around entry. Room keys 🔑 are not a secure feeling with a wood jamb/door. One of the beds, which appeared to be made fresh, had been slept in and not changed. Black hairs in the bed amd sheets all crumbled up. Coffee maker just spewed water all over the place. I couldn't get much sleep at all witg the heater unit having both a high pitch rumbling and really loud rattling fan sound which kicked in and out, waking me each time. I left this run down dump very exhausted. I didn't expect much for the price, but one tube of shower gel which didn't lather confirmed this isn't even a good place for secret sex encounters or group events. I wouldn't imagine a prostitute would book a room.

The sheets were found this way under the disheveled blanket, all hidden under a well stained comforter.
This bed wreaked of bad odor with the smells associated with desi food.

My wife and I only stayed here one night, but we would definitely stay here longer. The staff are super helpful, anything we needed they did their best to help us. The beds are very soft and comfy, we got a great sleep, very quiet inside our room. They had also had AC in the room, worked great. There was also a pool and hot tub, and no one was using it, so very relaxing. My only issue was no change rooms, but there was a bathroom down the hall we could use. In the morning, a free hot breakfast was offered in the restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise. Food was great, highly recommended to give it a try. The area itself was a bit shady, but we felt completely safe, even walked over to the Tim Hortons close by. There was plenty of shopping near the hotel.

The property was older but in hood shape. It was extremely clean & quiet! The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. My only minor complaint was the curtains were not blackout curtains and my room had a view of the restaurant. The free breakfast was great, I have an egg allergy & since breakfast was eggs, sausage, baccon & toast they were kind enough to substitute the eggs for more protein plus added a fruit bowl!! Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would stay here again.
