The grounds are beautiful, and our room was so nice. The bathroom is huge, which was a great bonus. We had lunch by the pool and dinner at the restaurant, and both meals were excellent. The food is great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect spot if you want to relax without ever having to leave the resort. It's ideal for a weekend getaway and is only about a two-hour drive from Rome. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Chapter Chianti and was very impressed by the whole experience. Although the resort is brand new, having opened only in July 2026, it already feels like a very special place and it completely lived up to my expectations. The stay was relaxing and enjoyable from beginning to end. The breakfast deserves a special mention: it was delicious, fresh and offered a great variety of options. What makes the experience even more special is the setting. The Tuscan countryside in summer is absolutely beautiful and almost magical, with a sense of peace and tranquillity that makes it very easy to completely disconnect and relax. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing moments both at the spa and by the outdoor pool. Finally, the entire staff was consistently kind, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, which made us feel very well looked after. Overall, Chapter Chianti is a beautiful retreat and I would happily return.

The property is beautiful and newly renovated. Surrounded by olive trees and tuscan hills. The stay was very pleasant and the staff is very friendly. However, the management needs to improve two things. Firstly, the hotel is extremely understaffed. This means you wait for everything (e.g. I waited for a pool towel for 40 min). Even though the staff is very engaged they simply don’t have the manpower to attend to all guests. Secondly, the agressive in-hotel pricing policy makes for an unpleasant element. The hotel asks to be paid 20 eur for an avocado toast for breakfast, which is unacceptable. An espresso costs 5 eur or a bottle of water by the pool costs 7 eur. Comparing these prices to hotels/restaurants etc. in Tuscany makes you wonder why is this hotel so expensive.

🇬🇧 English Chapter Hills is a beautiful property that clearly aims to offer a refined and sophisticated Tuscan experience. The rooms are full of character, staying true to the charm of traditional Tuscan stone buildings, with lovely architectural details and a warm atmosphere. The bathrooms are modern, spotless, and well maintained, and housekeeping is excellent throughout the stay. The real highlight, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and professional, making us feel valued from arrival to departure. Unfortunately, the pricing does not reflect the overall experience. The hotel charges rates comparable to a luxury five-star property, but the facilities and services do not consistently reach that standard. The spa pricing is particularly difficult to justify, with a basic facial treatment starting at €220, which feels excessive. Food and drinks are also significantly overpriced, and while the presentation is good, the quality does not match the premium prices being charged. Overall, Chapter Hills is a charming place with wonderful staff and authentic Tuscan character. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful modern farmhouse. The rooms were very spacious clean staff were friendly and helpful. This spa was lovely. My only complaint is that it is very isolated and far from the two main city Sienna and San Gimiano ( at last hour away) and the winding Road leading up to the hotel it sometimes difficult to navigate. At certain points the road was enough room for only one car. Therefore, we decided not to drive out at dinner and we stayed at the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant unfortunately the food at the restaurant was not good. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant unless they get a new chef. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel. Every view from the resort was beautiful.

Flott idé og fantastisk personale – men langt fra ferdig Vi hadde store forventninger til Chapter Chianti, og det er lett å se potensialet. Beliggenheten er nydelig, personalet er utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende, og vi liker virkelig ideen og konseptet de prøver å skape. Dessverre opplevde vi hotellet som svært uferdig – kanskje rundt 40 % ferdigstilt. Både rommene og uteområdene er langt fra det som presenteres på nettsiden, og det føltes mer som et luksusresort under utvikling enn et ferdig luksusresort. Også på det som er ferdig, er finishen flere steder skuffende. Det mangler lister, det er glipper under dørene og hull i veggene bak møbler og elektronikk. Ved bassenget var det også løse fliser langs kanten, noe vi synes er potensielt farlig. Vi tok opp dette med både ansatte og hotellsjefen og hadde en god og respektfull dialog. De forsto hva vi mente og var enige i flere av tilbakemeldingene. Ingen sure miner eller bortforklaringer – det setter vi stor pris på. Maten var dessverre også en skuffelse. Menyen var svært liten og tilgjort, og vi savnet mer klassisk, autentisk toskansk mat. Det var også vanskelig å forholde seg til kjøkkenet, da det virket tilfeldig når det var mulig å gjøre tilpasninger utenfor menyen. Hotellet har likevel fantastisk potensial, og vi vil spesielt trekke frem personalet og beliggenheten. Med ferdigstillelse, bedre finish og en mer gjennomført matopplevelse kan dette bli et fantastisk luksusresort. Vi håper å kunne komme tilbake en dag

Helt nytt/nyåpning. Veldig hyggelige ansatte på alle nivå som bare ville gjøre sitt beste. Tok imot tilbakemeldinger og løste ting fort. God mat på restaurant og veldig flott frokost!! Bassengområdet nydelig, solsenger med tykke madrasser, det liker vi. Vi testet ikke spaet, men fikk omvisning og det var veldig flott. Eneste minus for oss var at vi savnet kaffemaskin på rommet og at nettet var litt ustabilt.
