Beautiful property, absolutely fantastic staff, we had a swim up room which was so wonderful. The food was good, breakfast was vast and varied. The upkeep of the property was amazing. Very happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice areas, nice pool and pool areas. Nice and service minded personnel.
The quality of the restaurants were not good. The Mongolian restaurant was good but Indian and Thai were really low quality.
The room was not in a great shape. Broken lamps, broken taps and not super cleaned.

Absoloutly amazing, I’ve been in the hospitality trade at top level and this was right up there for everything. There was only one thing that wasn’t too much of an issue and is being worked on was WiFi as internet was needed to scan for the menu in placate restaurants however they do have menus in case this doesn’t work. Other than that staff were amazing from cleaners to managers, food was amazing and plenty full. Truly amazing place and I can’t wait to return to my second home again and enjoy the comfort and location of it all again.

The hotel and all is facilities area amazing. The beach area is huge and there are so many pools to enjoy. The sea and jetty for snorkeling is very safe and lifeguards are always on duty. Amazing fishes swim around you, even in the shallows .
Highly recommend this place. Kareem, our room caretaker was brilliant and went above and beyond . Absolute gem of a guy!
Abu bakr, Mo Salah and Fadhal at the beach were also fantastic, always taking care of you with cold drinks and anything else you need. The animation team was also fab for kids and adults alike. Daily entertainment for all the ages.
