Wonderful place to spend vacation

Our stay in this hotel was just perfect, stuff very helpful, we were greeted by names. The food was tasty and the restaurant is locked direct on the beach with a beautiful sunset with happy hour cocktails. The breakfast is al cart and very special luck for example avocado bread and fresh juices. The hospitality was just amazing, I never had this before. I can strongly recommend this resort.

The hotel is lovely - comfortable and self-contained (there’s not much nearby except other resorts) and right on the beach. Relaxing stay in Sengiggi

We had an amazing and relaxing stay with my family at Sudamala. All the staff were so attentive and remembered our names and couldn’t do more to make us feel welcome and comfortable at Sudamala. I would defo stay here again when visiting Lombok. The staff were absolutely excellent and was a pleasure to have stayed there. The food at the restaurant was really good too as well as the spa being great.

What a wonderful resort! Friendly and attentive staff, stellar service, outstanding food. Room was spacious and with a fantastic view. An amazing bathroom with an outdoor bath. Sudamala is superb!

Loved my sunset view suite. We often sat on the patio in the mornings with coffee to watch the waves /surfers and the sunsets were beautiful. The service level from all staff was amazing. The spa treatments were excellent. Food was consistently delicious. Senggigi Town is a short taxi ride away.

Where to begin with this resort. For starters, I’ve stayed at many places from all over the world and sudamala sengiggi is by far one of if not the best places I’ve stayed at. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, food is amazing and affordable as well considering we stayed at a luxury hotel. It is very well balanced between food from Indonesian food and international food so it serves all palates. They also offer a romantic dinner package for couples which we took and it was absolutely amazing, a must do for honey-mooners or couples staying at the resort. In addition, they offer many excursion/experience packages for people to do that offer a very wide array of choices. One of the best if not the best excursion packages is the 3 Gili island trips which is a private boat trip to the islands which includes snorkeling and lounging/exploring the final island which is Gili Trawangan. The room choices and accommodations are very lovely as well as the room cleaning service. All in all, a 10/10 resort experience, if you come to Lombok, this is a must stay place.

Where do I begin with what to say about Sudamala Resort. From the moment we were collected at Senggigi Harbour by the hotel staff, to the moment they dropped us back again, everyone and everything was wonderful. I could speak about the one bedroom pool villa for hours. The decor, the attention to detail, the layout, the outdoor toilet, bath and rain shower, all of it amazing. The small things that make a difference, like a printed bed tile story and small chocolates left by your bedside each night. The queen size bed was incredibly comfortable, as we're the pillows. The private pool was a lovely way to spend some time, if you wanted some privacy. But equally, the main pool was very peaceful as well. With the hotel being relatively small, and the location right on the beach, it felt a very calm and relaxing resort. The breakfast menu was perfect and any other meals we had at Olah Olah restaurant were superb. The BBQ night and fire dance show were brilliant and all performed by hotel staff, making it all the more impressive. My overall sentiment is the hotels biggest and best aspect, are the people. Every member of staff, from Dwi at reception, to front of house and chef's and waiters, everyone was amazingly warm, friendly and helpful. Rahman and Indra were especially helpful, but in truth, everyone was. If we ever travel to this part of the world again, I'd happily stay here again, without doubt, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else looking at Lombok.

It surely is not a five star hotel. As the standard of service is very poor. Whenever I ask for water they had to give me an attitude, and once a manager actually came to check if I actually needed the water. The shower is so bad that it takes long for a shower as the pressure is really low.The beds are so horrible that it gave me a back pain. When I complained I was told he can either take me to hospital or spa treatment while I was discussing about it I was trying to tell the manager that yea that's what my daughter suggested and was pointing towards My daughter and he quickly interrupted and said no only one person spa as he assumed I wanted them to give my daughter as well free Spa. While checking out they tried to charge me full price on certain orders which were agreed to give a discount. Ridiculous I wouldn't go back there. And one thing is for sure it's definitely not a 5* resort.

Das Sudamala Resort können wir nur empfehlen. Unser großes Zimmer mit großem Bad und einer fantastischen Außendusche würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir hatten eine nicht kleine möblierte Terrasse. Das gesamte Resort inklusive Pool sind gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Küche kann man nur empfehlen. Wir haben exzellent gegessen. Der Küchenchef pflegt im Resort einen intensiven Kontakt zu den Gästen. Das Spa sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Wir waren mehrmals da und wurden verwöhnt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Sudamala Resort in Senggigi übernachten.
