The staff were friendly but it was not clear on arriving that you had to check in at the bar in the pub below. After check in I was shown where to go to the bottom of the stairs and a woman followed me up the stairs and asked me for money. The room was clean but really tatty. Can’t fault the location.

I know it's cheap, but don't stay here. It's sooo dirty (there was mold behind our bed) and the shower wasn't even cleaned. We checked-in and checked-out within 30 minutes because we couldn't take it. We asked for a refund for our ONE night and they declined us.

Le gérant qui nous a accueilli au bar situé au RDC de l'hôtel était sympa. Mais le logement n'était absolument pas propre (des traces de mains noires au mur, la baignoire sale, la poussière sur les meubles et la moquette toute tâchée, même les lits étaient sales...). De plus, nous n'avions aucune fenêtre dans la chambre, ce qui n'était absolument pas mentionné lors de la réservation ! L'hôtel est bien situé.

The location is super for access to buses. Could barely get in the front door with my backpack and once at reception after they buzzed me in, no one was there.

The location of the property close to the Sky Tower and busses was excellent. Room was not dirty but one step above a hostel. We did get some help carrying our luggage up and down the stairs (no elevator). Room was shabby, electrical not connected to wall, plumbing loose, housekeeping sporadic, often no staff available. With all this, it wa not a bad stay considering the cost.

While they're clearly doing some work, bathroom was nice and clean, the issue that really needs some work, are the windows. They do nothing to block out the sound of the outside, it sounded like they were open. I managed about 2 hours of sleep as every single car sounded like it was right beside me, and the location of this is a very busy road.
