Amazing hotel, staff so lovely and helpful. Clean hotel with very nice rooms. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Close to everything and nice to the Sapa sun plaza.would recommend

Loaction is epic. Walkj g everywhere. Square is a bit loud but also gives it the livelyness we like. Scooter we rented could be parkednjnder the jofel. Aternpresure breakfast were great

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Einrichtung generell aber etwas veraltet. Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl. Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral in Sapa.

It’s the staff that really make this the best place to stay in SaPa. From the excellent help at reception to the service at the coffee shop and restaurant to the rooftop bar. Fabulous attention to detail. Very good English skills. The location is wonderful right by the center of SaPa. Stone church, fanispan,SaPa square is steps away.

I always stay at the Sapa Square hotel formally known as BB hotel. It is the best location and best staff of any hotel in Sapa.

Hotel is in an excellent location, in the middle of everything. We had issues with our shower flooding the whole restroom but other than that, no issues. Staff was nice but hard to communicate. Food in the sky lounge was not great.

During my stay, I encountered an issue where the hair dryer in my room wasn't working properly. Just as I was feeling frustrated, two staff members, Quynh Anh Pika and MANH LEVI, immediately came to help. They were incredibly professional and patient, quickly troubleshooting and identifying the problem for me. Thanks to their warm and efficient assistance, I was able to dry my hair successfully without delaying my schedule. This kind of thoughtful and prompt service truly left a deep impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean but what they marketed as Junior Suite was actually smaller than the Superior probably because it's front facing and the attic wall is slanted.

For what I paid I was pleased. The hotel is a bit tired. The rooftop bar is great. The location is very central. The sound insulation is basically nonexistent - take earplugs with you!

Very nice hotel overall. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including an omelette station and a pho station. The location is great, right across from the square. The gym is well equipped, and they also have a spa and massage services on site. I highly recommend staying here—they even leave a nice little welcome package when you arrive, which was a thoughtful touch.

Very nice and clean hotel centrally located in SaPa. Wonderful staff from house keeping to kitchen staff to reception. Special thanks to the excellent reception team of Kevin, Joyce, and Leo. Kevin was especially helpful- always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this hotel! Location is super central, right across SunPlaza station, the starting point to Mt Fanzipan and across Sap Square and Stone Church. Rooms were excellent - our rooms had a nice view of the square. Note at wintertime, they only have heating so if you feel warm, just open the window. Family room is very spacious. Staff were courteous. Breakfast had lots of options for international guests.

Perfect spot for our purposes.

We stayed one night at the BB Hotel Sapa on our way back from a mountain home stay. The hotel was very comfortable and located perfectly for our purposes. We had a good night’s sleep with no complaints.
