They have a boat that will bring you to the property.
It is absolutely beautiful in a perfect location to unwind and get away.
The staff are very friendly and try to accommodate every request.
However, if you are vegetarian or have any special food requirements, don't stay here.
We stayed for 4 nights and could not eat almost anything that the resort provided. The food is very expensive but not very good quality, with extremely limited options for vegetarians.
Even if you aren't vegetarian, paying $20-30 USD for a meal (per person) that is sub par at best is not acceptable for a resort with this price tag. Inedible stale muesli for breakfast, and Eden cheese quesadillas?
We requested vegetarian food on our first day and by the 4th day they still could not provide. But they charge P800 for a boat ride if you need to go to town for food. We were constantly hungry in a place we paid over $400 a night to stay at.
The tours they offer are more than double the price of other places.
Other than that, the rooms have an absolutely beautiful view, the staff is very friendly and helpful as much as they can, they clean the rooms daily, and offer a VIP experience.
Just be ready to pay a lot for everything, only breakfast is included, you will be isolated from the town so you depend on the resort for everything, which would be fine if they had better food.
I will say the drinks are excellent 👌
I want to thank the staff who made our stay as pleasant as they could.
