The room could have been nicer for the price of a suite at this downtown Ann Arbor location. There was dust all over the floor boards, the dresser draws were open and unable to be shut. There was caulk on the toilet seat in several places. There is one dim dome light in the kitchenette which made it feel grundgy.

This is a well-situated hotel within easy walking of downtown shops and restaurants. What really stood out for us was the breakfast staff. Every morning they were so kind, cheery, and full of good bits of sports lore. This hotel’s staff were so helpful from the valets to the front desk, but what really stood out for me was the breakfast crew! Well done, Residence Inn!
