This is overpriced for the location and home offered. It's the same price that Jamaican beach hotel resorts with breakfast, lunch, dinner and alcohol included. The owner is a nice, well-read fellow. But the bedroom is old and not well kept. The last time it saw a paint job appears to be about 20 years ago. It had an old ceiling light with the cover falling down. And the bathtub looked old and rusty, not that it mattered, as there was no hot water. So I had a cold shower.
The breakfast was a nice Jamaican style, but rather small. The coffee was great, as was the WiFI signal.
The fee per night should be about $50 for what is offered.
