Check in took over 2 hours. The key cards would not work, the hotel had to call in someone to change the door mechanism. It took time for the repair person to arrive, and repair. In the meantime, the front desk would not give us another room, we went for dinner and still had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. No other form of compensation was offered, even when asked. Over our 2 day stay, we had to run down to get the key cards reactivated a few times.
The breakfast was fine, room was clean and quite big, but after a 5.5 hour flight (it's 8 pm) you just want to go to your room.
