The area around the property is good, but the staff of the reception are so bad as they tried to take money from me and other guests claiming that they can give better room they started to renovate the front of the hotel during our stay, so we couldn't sleep neither in the morning or afternoon.

The Check in was fine however at Check out the workers were not helpful at all. My room was at the 4th floor and I asked for help with my luggage but they refused.
Also the room wasn't clean and the hotel was very old.

Sadece personelin iyi olmas ı yetmez. Berbat tesis.
Otelin görüntüsüne aldandığımı söyleyebilirim. 4 kişilik suit oda talebimiz ve ücretini ödememize rağmen standart altı eko bir oda tahsis edildi. Evet bir bahane sunuldu boru patlafı vs. Gibi ancak turizm ahlakı gereği misafir tesise girmeden bilhi verilebilirdi. Çalışanlar hatayı ektra bir oda daha vererek telafi etmrk istediler ve güler yüzlü olmak istediler ama bu yetetli değil. Sadece çalışanın güler yüzlü olması yetmiyor. Asla bir daha konaklama yapacağımı sanmam. Otopar dedikleri Fatih cami yol kenarı, normal park sahası.

Location is just what you need in Istanbul and staff are helpful including Yilmaz Aka "the actor"! . The downside of the property is that it contains 5 floors and no lift.

Die Umgebung ist ok.
Das Hotel hat gestunken, die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich, vor allem an der Rezeption. Die Bettwäsche wirkte benutzt. Wir haben darum gebeten, neue Bettwäsche zu erhalten, aber auch die war ecklig und dreckig.

pour les dingues de shopping
le truc c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans l'hotel et quand on est au 3ème ètage, ça fait les muscles et coupe le soufle lol, la position géographique juste à côté de la veine commerciale du quartier fatih fait tout oublier pour une fashion victime dingue de shopping.

The Worst and Noisy Hotel
The room was very miserable, there's no window in the room, i choose non smoking room but there's smoking smell in the room..
I couldn't sleep at all because of the noise and the neighbor's where so noisy..
Even if they walk in their room, i can hear them.. the hotel building is very bad built.. i come to check in at 15:00 but my room was not ready though.. i booked for 7 nights, but i checked out after the first night, i couldn't stay more because of the noises and the room not have any window, even in the toilet.. they also refused to refund me for the remaining nights

В целом - нормально. Эконом номера прям эконом-эконом. С кровати можно сразу в душ. Очень маленькая площадь. С заселением не было проблем, все происходит очень быстро. Обслуживание номера 24 часа, что очень удобно. Даже для такой маленькой комнаты были замечания по поводу уборки. Если бронируете номер, чтоб выспаться, у вас это не получится- в номере, где нет окон, кондиционер работает не исправно. Матрац не удобный. Иногда ночью бывает шумно, это уже вопрос к контенгенту, конечно. К персоналу вопросов нет. И конечно, же спасибо, за бесплатный апгрейт номера на стандарт, с окошком. Там дышится легче. Номер по больше, есть где разминуться. На счет расположения -на такси за 15 лир можно доехать до метро, так же рядом остановка с общественным транспортом.

Быстрый чек-ин, обслуживание номера супер, в самом номере пыльно было, ванная чистая, без плесени, вода горячая есть.

Отель в тихом местечке ( нет шума от дороги).Все просто, но более-менее чисто.Комната стандарт-телевизор, холодильник, мыло, шампунь, полотенца, тапочки, фен,утюг. Чистое хорошее постельное белье. Небольшой запах канализации в туалете.
Для инфо, комната эконом -это комната без окна.
Рядом остановка автобуса 86v ( идти 1минуту до остановки, выйти из отеля -налево, ещё раз налево,обогнув здание,выйти на дорогу сразу к остановке-ехать 4 остановки до конечной, оттуда пешком дойти до площади Султанахмет примерно минут 10-15 (пройти мимо Стамбульского университета, обогнуть справа мечеть Беязит и идти вдоль трамвайных путей).
На этой же остановке ( конечная автобуса 86v)-рядом есть станция метро.
Обратно возвращаться в отель на том же автобусе (86v) с конечной остановки.

We were sent to one room at the beginning of our stay and then moved to another room, the second room was 7ft by 7ft for myself and my husband, there was no window.... we suffocated the whole time we were in the room and would often have to open the door for cool air to come in. The staff at the hotel did not know English which made it very hard to communicate and were not that friendly.
