Made reservation and it was canceled by the hotel at the last minute. Got there. Room were under construction staff was hard to find it was The Worst experience of My Life.

Tried to give me a room with NO LOCK and had to be let in by staff. Changed rooms after my husband said absolutely not. Hotel under remodel. 1 staff member working

Absolutely horrible. No one was there to check us in, and then a guy pulls up in a car trying to let us in the rooms without checking us in after he pulled the keys out of his pocket. We left, and found a new hotel. So sketchy, don’t stay here

I gave my feedback already on the check in portion so long story short if your just passing through and only need to catch a few hrs of shut eye that’s all one should do. From the smell, look of the property and room I’ll never stay again. I only kept my reservation because we weren’t going to be in the room a lot, basically just to sleep. All places need to have surprise check-ins by the companies that allow them to be offered on their sites for travelers. This would stop a lot of false and outdated advertisement.

The sheets were stained. The carpet was stained and dirty. Hair in the shower. Overall room 102 needed attention. Room 122 was in much better condition.

It’s a no frills hotel. I just needed a place with good bed, shower and a great price and thats what I got. The hotel is going through renovations. No WiFi. Aman was personable and helpful in helping me fix an online booking issue that I made. Thank you. :)

Motel is under renovation. Made a reservation through Hotel.com. Confirmation said check in time was 1pm. Got to motel at 1pm. No one was in the office. Signage said to ring bell or call phone number. No one answered and mail box was full and could not leave a message. Came back at 3pm. Was told that they weren’t taking reservations because of renovations. When I showed my reservation confirmation, the man said if I could give him an hour, he would get a room ready. Because that is the only place to stay in Malden, MO, we waited for a room. I’ve stayed at this motel several times through the years. It’s nothing fancy, but has always been clean and had a good staff. Won’t ever go back to it again.

Didn't even get to stay. Reserved the room a month in advance. Showed up to check in and was rudely informed they didn't have a room for me. Needless to say, would not recommend.

It was not clean there was not a worker there that actually The lady that was there trying to help called several of the owners and family members of the owners and they would laugh and hang up up her all of us in the lobby could hear everything I did not feel safe there i have stayed there so many times over many years and it was great until these new owners took over

Nastiest hotel ever.

This place is nasty. We had a two night reservation but left after one night. One room smelled of smoke. There was no toilet paper in rooms. Towels were stained and we were only given two. Carpet was disgusting. Furniture was falling apart. I could go on and on.

Worst place ever

Would not stay there the floor was absolutely filthy feet were black after walking on carpet the air conditioner did not work light in bathroom verily lit. Had two nights scheduled only stayed one night and asked for refund for second night they refused.

I very upset with the reservation I paid for and the insurance I booked room with . We never got a room and no one from Expedia even tried to help . It was very sad situation . Will never book through Expedia again.
