Please be aware the property is pretty far from the center. We are from out of the country & traveled w/ my inlaws & 2 other relatives. The place was difficult to find. Kudos to the host who provided us with instructions w/ photos on how to get there. However, the area is located deep w/in houses and small one-way roads that were unpaved. Being in Baguio, roads are steep going down & up, with various sharp turns going downhill. Again, being from out of the country, it felt quite dangerous to get to the actual home. Google map had us go through a shorter trip to the home. Caloy, the person at the house was there when we arrived, who unfortunately, got the brunt of my frustration w/ the journey to the home. With regards to the actual house - it was a decent place to stay overnight, which is what we needed. There were a total of 9beds plus the sofa downstairs. The beds were pretty clean, nothing fancy at all. There were 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. There was filled water dispenser provided with cups and other kitchenware. Caloy showed use that there was a TV with cable, kitchenware, refrigerator, heater for bathing and heater the house itself. We did have to ask for some assistance as the heaters were off. Refrigerator -unplugged so make sure to plug it in before using. There were towels provided, no shampoo, which is understandable. We had to order food through Grab since we didnt want to leave anymore after the crazy ride we went through. Anyway, just be aware.
