The staff were extremely kind, patient, attentive, intelligent and helpful. The hotel is lovely and we had a fantastic balcony room overlooking the park. Diego, in particular, really knows what he is doing. All staff were excellent.

Excellent hotel. Lovely room, spacious comfortable. Lovely big bathroom very modern. Tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and fabulous dinners. Great position for exploring. Highly recommend.
