To begin, we arrived around 10:30 pm and waited for about 45 minutes in a very long line to just check in and get our room. One person was on staff until about 40 minutes in when another came. This treatment exemplifies how they approach guests at the hotel—you are just a number. The hotel must base profits on volume alone. The hotel is in a good location, the beds were comfortable, and the fitness center was decent, but that is about it. There are little to no amenities. There used to be a cute bar in the lobby—it is now a large space where you can purchase coffee and some food and drinks but zero atmosphere. They have a restaurant that is only open for breakfast (we did not try it). The rooms and hotel are very dated. They had removed what must have been an old minibar and put nothing in its place (we thought there was a small fridge, but discovered it was just nothing when we tried to open). Long waits for anything—check in, elevators, luggage check. I will not stay again.
