I was in a king room.. The room is clean but its old looking. No lights next to or over the bed. No carpets . No place to hang up clothes. At least I could not find it. It had desk chair lounge chair. Small sink area hair dryer. Seperate room for toilet and tub. Hot shower. Cable Tv lots of channels. Bed was comfortable. Great outdoor pool. Water is warm by the sun. No continental breakfast as advertised. Coffee and ice machine good. I think if they put some carpeting in room and place to hang clothes and fixed lights and brightenen it up up some. It could help. Air conditioner was little noisy. But worked good.

Hotels.com truly shocked us!
The room was so disgusting we didn't even sit our bags down. The bed was not complete made! The pillows were wrinkled! The drapery was hanging partially off the wall! And, the chairs were stained! We immediately walked out, turned our key in, and called hotels.com for a refund! By the time we found another place to stay (on Valentine's night) it was midnight! We were so exhausted from our travels we paid extra for a better hotel and immediately went to sleep instead of going out on our date. We are so disappointed and shocked! The pictures on Hotels.com looked NOTHING like what we saw in person! This has never happened to us and better never happen again!

Very disappointed
The pictures used on your site are nowhere near the reality of this motel. It is very old, outdated, dirty, the room smelled like 40 year old ash trays. This place really should be leveled and rebuild a new hotel in its place...

This place needs lots of improvements they were under construction at the time of our stay in if I’d known that I never would’ve stayed there the swimming pool was not working the hot tub was not working and ants in our room was a problem

Don’t do it!
Didn’t have my reservation on file. Sent me to a room that had someone sleeping in it. There was no toilet paper or tissue at all in the room. At 11:01 am they knocked on the door to make sure we were out, we left :08 later. Won’t ever go back.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Experience was horrible. Requested a non-smoking room and walked through the door and it was like ten people were just in there passing around a bowl/blunts or both. Carpets stained and dirty. Lampshades stained. Broken furniture. Old school tube tvs. Needs a complete makeover. Landscaping was blah and dead. Litter, trash and broken cellphones in the landscaping and parking lot. Definitely not worth the 60.00 we paid. A lesson well learned.

We arrived around midnight. There was no one at the front desk and the lobby was locked. It was snowing. 2 women staying in different rooms were hollering at each other outside their doors yelling that they had called the police. I phoned travelocity to contact the front desk, which they did. While I was on the phone a truck pulled up and threw a woman's belongings out of the window into the snow. She got out, in shorts, screaming at him and collecting her belongings. The office had me check in, out in the snow, through a little window with glass and a hole at the bottom like a bullet-proof bank window. We were in the middle of nowhere in a snowstorm at midnight and the rooms were prepaid. Under any other circumstances we would have left. The room was horrible. The toilet seat was stained, the towel rack was hanging by 1 screw, the sink was broken off the wall. The shower curtain was moldy, the furniture was broken, the lamp shades were all bent up and had cobwebs. I could go on. This is a hotel that should be rented by the hour. I would suggest that if management get rid of their troublesome guests and find a maintenance person. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My room did NOT look like the pictures.

The rooms were sorely in need of updating as the walls and plumbing were showing it’d Old age. The room temp was comfortable, and the beds were clean and comfortable as well. Fridge & microwave were nice to have. The family who owns/cares for this hotel are the nicest people you could meet, and made our short stay a lot nicer!

This is the single worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I read the reviews and figured it couldn't be as bad as some folks said. It was worse. Like health department bad. Seriously. And if it was $30 for the night, it would marginal at best. The prices were ABSURDLY high — simply taking advantage of an event that overwhelms the two other hotels in the town. I don't know where these photos are from, but they are NOT at this place. Read the worst review... and assume your experience will be even worse.

This place was a dump.
The number wasnt even on our door. Our lock didnt lock. Two women traveling alone together who are pretty self sufficient, felt very insecure. We pushed the chair under the door handle and then the table and the Bible on top. The inside was horrid. Curtains falling down, broken cabinets. It was a nightmare.
