The hotel staff was really nice and professional, so I have no complaints regarding them. The rooms are a different story.
I booked with this hotel due to the accommodations listed on Hotels.com which are adjoining/connecting rooms. I arrived to check in, only to be told they did not have adjoining rooms (false advertisement). I took a screenshot showing this particular hotel does provide adjoining/connecting rooms.
Next, we (my guest and I) arrive to our rooms only to find a large URINE stain on the edge of one of the beds and a dirty pillow and pillowcase on that same bed. Someone literally slept on that pillow and housekeeping just tossed it to the back of the bed and fluffed it. Also, there was a hair in the bathtub. I spoke with the receptionist on duty that night and showed her the pictures. She quickly accommodated us with a new room. All was well.
I didn't inspect my room until later and notice that the toilet was dirty. The disgusting skin cells from someone sitting on the toilet were still there. Meaning the toilet was not cleaned. (I have pictures)
Lastly, the blackout curtain has multiple holes in it. It almost looks like someone took it outside and played target practice with it. I've never seen so many holes in a curtain unless it was in the trash.
I'm glad I brought Lysol disinfectant aerosol spray with me and wipes since we had to clean our rooms.
Overall, never again will I stay at this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone. Absolutely NASTY!
