From start to finish, this hotel delivered a quality stay. The staff was extremely attentive, the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding. The roof top pool and bar was an inviting place to get away from the craziness of Copacabana for a while.

This superior room was on the small side on a lie floor because they were sold out for carnaval, the hotel and staff were great and the property is maintained spotless and the entire staff is very attentive, approachable and warm.

The staff at this hotel are remarkable in their willingness to help / direct / or just talk. It seems like everybody enjoys working there. The place is well designed, with 3 elevators zipping people up and down w/out delay. The rooms are well appointed, and from my ocean-facing room I had an absolutely spectacular view of Copacabana Beach. It's a great place.
