Never Again!

The first room we were guven reeked of weed and cigarette smoke. The walls were covered in cobwebs, and neither the tub nor toilet were clean. The second room seemed better, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The walls dirty with stains and what looked like someone had their feet on it. The housekeeper showing up banging on the door every morning around 8:30 yo ask "Y'all leaving or Y'all staying" didn't make the stay any better. Though we booked two queen beds, we were in a room with two full beds whose coils made for a rough night's sleep.

Disturbing Behavior

The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Management allow a group of people to be loud and disturbing throught the night. These people outside but very near the room. Loud talking and laughing was very disturbing. Two or three contacts with the office did not help.

Had to switch rooms twice because they were in such terrible condition. The first room had a persistent water leak which wet the carpet and had a musty smell. The second room had bedbugs.
