This hotel is beautiful on the inside. Large and comfortable rooms with amazingly comfy beds that are reclining. Huge clean bathroom, tons of electric outlets in the room. The lobby and restaurant is also very stylish with plenty of space, yet gives a cozy atmosphere with lighting and a fireplace. The food at dinner was great, and there was a huge selection at breakfast. Something for everyone! They even have a games room for kids to play foozeball or Ping pong. We didn’t have time to check out the pool, but we will be back next year!

A smile and some kindness pays off

This is the kind of hotel where i’m willing to drive an extra 75 km in order to come back. Especially because of the personal at the reception. The hotel was under construction but that does not mean anything if you are welcomed with a genuine smile and so much friendly faces. Employee offered me a cup of coffee during check in, showed interest in the guests and showed maximum flexibility. 10-10. With every future visit to the Dala region I’m coming back here. Please share my complements with the front office staff, they are gold for your hotel.

Bra men lite för varmt

Mycket trevlig och hjÀlpsam personal. Rent och fint rum med bekvÀma sÀngar. Vi hade ett problem: rummet var för varmt för att det skulle vara bekvÀmt för oss. Det var 24-25 grader dygnet runt och det gick inte att sÀnka vÀrmen. Golvet i badrummet var ett vÀrmegolv och det var MYCKET varmt. Man kunde inte stÀnga av det dÄ det saknades reglage. Personalen försökte hjÀlpa oss och sökte efter fel i datorn och frÄgade vaktmÀstaren. Vi fick först veta att man skulle hÄlla fönstret stÀngt för att klimatanlÀggningen skulle fungera. Det hjÀlpte inte utan temperaturen var densamma. Sedan stÀngde de av vÀrmegolvet via datorsystemet, men det fungerade bara tillfÀlligt och det blev varmt igen nÀsta dag - Ànnu varmare Àn tidigare. Temperaturen i rummet fortsatte att vara 25 grader. Senare fick vi veta att man behövde stÀnga av elektriciteten i rummet för att vÀrmegolvet skulle stÀngas av. Det var inget passande alternativ dÄ vi behövde ha el under natten för att ladda dator och hörapparater (som tar hela natten).
