The area is actually really nice. Local vibe and lively, pretty safe. Services were good. I don't like the smell of our room, musty and sewer like. We opened the windows, it felt fresher. but then the mosquitoes came in. The bed sheets were yellowish, like old sweat. I had never seen any hotel with that kind of bed sheets. Change it to the standard white, please.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The check-in process, the breakfast, the staff...everything was going well beyond expectations until...the check out. I was charged for the entire room snack bar selections and drinks, even though we only grabbed one of the kitkats. I let them know and they then got aggressive and even said that if it wasn't me it was the other person in the room because the snacks had been "restocked" in our room. I told them that no staff had even been in the room other than for room service because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door the whole trip.
