Declining customer service and experience
Overall good experience, however the customer service has declined a lot. The waiters at the buffet try to do a good job but sometimes it lacks of customer oriented servicing, especially the ones in the morning.
We asked for our clothes to be cleaned and when the person came to deliver them back, they just came into the room without knocking the door and well, picture the rest.
The personnel at the buffet near the pool, take care of foreigners in a way more polite and nicer way as compared to a Mexican guest, is obvious they try to please a foreign more than a local; in adittion to this, we regularly ended up picking our drinks ourselves as the waiters never came by the table, not sure if too busy or just they had less personnel.
Room service sometimes takes 30 minutes to answer the phone and sometimes they leave you waiting for ~15 min until they can pick up.
Overall good stay but all of these details tell you a lot about the customer service in general.
