After you’ve check in, they do not care
Every morning after checking in, I spoke with the front desk concierge about the uncomfortable temperature in our room. I even suggested switching to a smaller room in hopes it might be cooler, but nothing was done. I was repeatedly told that maintenance had checked the room and found the temperature to be "fine."
Out of desperation, I called at 3 a.m. and requested maintenance again. This time, the technician and I used Google Translate to communicate and confirmed that the room was indeed hot. Yet, the next morning, the concierge casually acknowledged the issue, saying they had notes about the heat — but still, no action was taken.
I had no reason to be dishonest about the problem, especially on our first day. What was most disappointing was the staff's attitude, which came across as, "You're already here, so deal with it." There was no real effort to resolve the issue or make things right.
I strongly advise against booking here — not just because of the air conditioning issues, but because of the management's lack of urgency and care in addressing guest concerns.
