The hotel was nice and very clean, and the staff did an amazing job keeping up with messy guests. The only reason I rated this hotel 3 stars instead of 4 is that our room, although spacious and accommodating, had a strong mold smell. This odor significantly impacted our stay each time we entered the room.
I contacted the front desk, and they provided a dehumidifier, but it wasn't sufficient to eliminate the smell. My husband had to empty the dehumidifier several times during our stay. We informed the front desk about the ongoing issue, and they said they would talk to a manager, but nothing was done afterward.
While the room was nice and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning, maintenance responded promptly to fix a minor toilet clog, and address issues with the TV and microwave, the persistent mold smell needs to be resolved. The hotel has great potential, but it must address this odor issue to truly enhance the guest experience.
