The staff were all very helpful and nice to deal with. They gave us an early check in which was wonderful since we were on an international red eye flight and exhausted.
However, I do not feel the should be categorized as a 3 star hotel. It's much more like a 2 star. They are over zealous in their eco friendly practices to the point where the hair dryers require that you hold down a button on order to get airflow, they provide one very small roll of toilet paper (we were a party of two women and went through the roll in under a day), and they don't provide wash cloths or extra towels unless requested. The room was a decent size, the bathroom was tiny and the water pressure was non existent. You also had to wait ~5 minutes between flushes or the toilet wouldn't empty properly.
The location is fantastic, Central to everything, but it is located on a fairly busy street so if you have the street and have the window open you will hear a fair amount of noise (we're from a large city so this didn't bother us, and things were quiet after 1am).
We had housekeeping come in and clean once during our stay and they did not do a very thorough job (trashes were not all emptied, shower wasn't cleaned).
On the whole, though, this is a good option if you're not picky about the accommodations and prefer location over comfort
