Friendly and attentive staff, room was ok, possibly in need of modernisation, but overall a pleasant experience.
Couple of disappointing points, breakfast was very bland, for £24 would have expected higher quality ingredients. And £40 for overnight parking is annoying.

First room we were allocated was freezing and had only 2 small plug in radiators for us to try and warm the room up. However the receptionist kindly found us another room of the same standard but which was far nicer (& warmer)!

Great stay at this incredibly stylish hotel. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. My evening meal was great. Didn't have a breakfast this time but will probably opt in for breakfast on my next visit. Would highly recommend.
