Had two rooms for myself, wife, son, and mother in law(the second room). At check in was told the two rooms were identical. Found no bedding for the Murphy bed, went to office and was told the other room was set up for the three person room and we should just switch rooms(after everyone had unpacked), staff went to the second room with us and unlocked a door in the kitchen that we didn’t have a key to revealing a second sleeping area. So now our son had to repack and move to grandmas room. Next morning no hot water, all had to take VERY cold showers. Asked staff around lunch time if hot water had been fixed and was told yes. Next morning, no hot water again!
