I had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff. The cave room was spacious, spotless, and made for a truly luxurious two-night experience. Above all, I’m grateful for the exceptional support from the staff. When my arrival in Cappadocia was disrupted due to weather—resulting in landing at a different airport—the hotel responded quickly and handled everything smoothly. In every other aspect as well, their willingness to assist at any time was truly appreciated. Throughout my stay, every staff member was friendly and welcoming, which made my time here even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also delicious. It is served from 8:30 a.m., so it’s worth keeping in mind when planning tours. That said, I was able to enjoy breakfast after my hot air balloon tour, which returned around 7:30 a.m. If I return to Cappadocia, I would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you very much!

Umat was very friendly, helpful and kind. Didn't push for anything but made sure we had good options for the activities we wanted to do and very good recommendations on restaurants nearby. Fairy chimney room was awesome. Little tight on space but has all modern amenities inside while preserving the ancient feeling. Thanks Umat for everything, you made our trip a great experience. We will definitely meet again.

Lovely hotel

Great little hotel. Received a very warm welcome. We left our car on the main road & walked up to the hotel & were directed to where we could park almost opposite the hotel entrance. Hotel room was comfortable, although our room would of benefited from blackout curtains. Buffet breakfast was good. The terrace was great, you could watch the balloons from it

Hot rooms

Great location and service was good but we didn’t stay for the full time we booked as we couldn’t sleep as the room was an oven. Temperatures were higher than normal, room didn’t have aircon so it was so hot. They provided a fan but all it did was blow hot air around. We slept with the door wide open and the window open but it was still incredibly hot. So if you are not used to very hot room temperatures, stay somewhere else. They did offer upgrade us but we didn’t feel a different room was going to be better.

Kapadokya tatilimiz boyunca burada konakladık ve gerçekten inanılmaz memnun kaldık. Otel hem dekorasyonuyla hem de çalışanlarının tatlılığıyla kendine hayran bıraktı. Odalar oldukça geniş, tertemiz ve çok konforluydu. En küçük detaylar bile düşünülmüştü hatta lif bile vardı öyle söyliyeyim. Sabah erken saatlerde balonlari izlemek için terasa çıktığımızda çalışanlardan biri (ismini maalesef bilmiyoruz) herkese kahve ikram etti. Bu küçük ama çok tatlı jest bizi gerçekten çok mutlu etti. Artı olarak girişte bize Kapadokya hakkında bilgi verilmesi, gezilecek yerler konusunda yönlendirme yapılması ve sonrasında WhatsApp üzerinden iyi restoran önerilerinin gönderilmesi sayesinde gittiğimiz her yerden ve restorandan mutlu ayrıldık. Ayrıca otelin konumu da çok iyiydi çarşıya sadece 2 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde, Kapadokya’da adı sıkça geçen restoranlara da aynı şekilde yürüme mesafesindeydi. Gerek otel, gerekse çalışanlarla olan deneyimimizden çok memnun kaldık. Gönülden tavsiye ediyoruz. Her şey için tekrar çok teşekkürler. Sağlıcakla kalın ve turşuya çok iyi bakın!

Paradise hotel

Hotel was fantastic. Great position for restaurants, shops and bars. Staff were more than happy to help with all our needs. Breakfast was lovely on the roof terrace where we watched the balloons early in the morning. Rooms, were traditional and clean and comfortable. All in all a fabulous place

This hotel was truly magical. I would highly recommend me & my wife felt so cared for by the staff as they waited for us as we arrived so very early in the morning. The views were stunning the hotel was clean & very well taken care of. It just got a little cold during our stay in the winter time, however our staff provided heaters for us that helped! Also the breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend staying and would stay here again!

Beds comfortable and room clean. Bathroom was not good. Shower not working well and need repair . Breakfast very basic good coffee and tea . Beautiful terrace and view of town . Employees nice and friendly Daoud and Haroun. They need to fix the shower head , add cups and water to the room , improve a little bit the breakfast choices

We had an amazing stay at Paradise Cappadocia! We loved the rooftop patio and would go there every night for sunset. It was hands down our favourite spot Goreme. The staff are very friendly too :) 10/10

You don’t pay much for this hotel—but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. While we’re not usually ones to complain, our experience was poor enough that we felt the need to warn future guests. Upon arrival, we were checked into an upgraded room, only to be told shortly after to repack and move back to our original room, which felt disorganized and unprofessional. Outside the entrance, a shy yet aggressive dog was constantly present, which made coming and going uncomfortable. Noise was a major issue—loud jazz music played until 11 PM, and the barking dog added to the disturbance. This was especially frustrating since many guests aim to wake early for hot air balloon rides. Despite asking twice, the staff failed to address it adequately. The rooms were hot, small, and dirty. With no working AC, we had to leave the door open—unfortunate, since our room was beside the housekeeping area. Privacy was poor, the bedding uncomfortable, and the blanket didn’t even cover the bed. The bathroom was unclean and impractical, with a suspicious jar on the floor that resembled urine and a shower curtain that repeatedly fell. Staff were clumsy and unprofessional, and we witnessed the host confront a guest about a negative review—an uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction. Overall, the stay was unpleasant and not restful. We’d recommend looking elsewhere.

オーナーのウムット・バシェクメクチをはじめ、スタッフの皆様には大変お世話になりました。清潔なお部屋に、水圧も十分なシャワー、美味しい朝食で全て最高でした。快適に過ごさせていただき、ありがとうございました。ホテルの説明をきちんと読まず、ルーフガーデンの使い方を間違えてしまいました。他にも失礼なことをしていたかもしれません。ご迷惑をおかけしていたら、本当にすみません。
