We were really looking forward to our stay, however our stay quickly turned in to a nightmare upon arriving at the unit. Upon entering the unit it immediately felt unclean. The floors were so dirty, hair, crumbs, etc scattered about. The bathroom had pubic hairs on the toilet seat, in the tub and toothpaste all over the sinks of front of the vanity. The shower had buildup of soap/shampoo/conditioner all over the floor and walls. None of the outlets in the bathroom were GFCI, including the two right beside and above sinks posing a danger. The dryer still had damp laundry it it. The steps were EXTREMELY unsafe, the wiring rail on the one step was broken and hanging down with razor sharp unraveled end. The floors in the upstairs bedroom were incredibly unsafe. You could see down to the next level through the holes and cracks in them, and when you stepped on them, they bowed under neath our feet. After inspecting the place we noticed there was NO hot water. When brought to the attention of the owner/property manager he advised us that the faucet handles were on backwards and needed to turn them a different direction and let them run. Which we had already tried that and still nothing. No resolution was made, we instead were told “the cleaner earlier said there was hot water” and then he simply stopped responding to any further messages. We will NEVER stay here or recommend these fake “luxury” units to anyone.
