Not the best experience
First of all, there were no "do not disturb" tags for any of the doors. The maid knocked on the door and we told her to come back later. We left within 10 minutes, but she never returned. The next today we wanted to use the iron. It did not work. We asked for a new one. The maid asked my sister to speak into the phone to say what she needed. She then returned with a bag containing a hair dryer. I had to open the bag to show her it was a hair dryer, not an iron. She left again. She then returned with an iron that also did not work. I sought her out in another room. I used Google translate on my phone to explain that neither iron would get hot. I then spied a different type of iron in the room she was in and took that one. It worked fine. Also, on the one occasion when the room was cleaned, the beds were not made, the floors were not vacuumed, etc.
Also, our key cards had to be redone EVERY TIME we tried to enter the room. That is, they worked when we first got there, but after we left the next morning and returned they didn't work. The man at the counter said this had been happening to everyone.
The staff at the front desk was polite and helpful every time.
